01 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pkr78 ("pkr78", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at pkr78.cam and all associated services, content, features and functionality made available through that domain (collectively, the "Platform").

pkr78 is an online gaming information platform. We publish English-language guides, reviews and educational content related to online sports betting, casino games, responsible gambling tools and associated topics, with a particular focus on users based in Pakistan. pkr78 does not itself operate a licensed casino, accept real-money deposits directly or settle wagers on its own account.

Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice. Users in Pakistan are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws — including, without limitation, the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any provincial regulations — before accessing online gambling services. pkr78 does not represent that access to or participation in online gambling is lawful in Pakistan or in any specific province or city, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan or Peshawar.

02 Definitions

In these Terms, the following expressions have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the pkr78 website at pkr78.cam and all pages, sub-pages and services accessible through it.
• "User" / "you" means any individual who accesses, browses or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means a registered user account created through the Platform registration process.
• "Operator" means any third-party licensed gambling operator to whom pkr78 may direct users via informational links. pkr78 is not itself an Operator.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin or other incentive offered to a User, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before a withdrawal may be processed.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" means the number of times a Bonus amount (or Bonus plus deposit) must be wagered before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the lawful currency of Pakistan.
• "Content" means all text, images, guides, data, graphics, logos and other material published on the Platform.
• "Intellectual Property" means all copyrights, trademarks, database rights, trade secrets and other proprietary rights subsisting in the Platform and its Content.

03 Account Eligibility

Access to and use of the Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age specified by the applicable Operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law, to the extent that such access would constitute a violation of applicable law.
• You must not be a person who has been previously excluded or suspended from the Platform or any associated Operator service.
• You must be accessing the Platform on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of another person.

04 Account Registration

Where the Platform offers a registration facility, you agree to the following obligations in connection with your Account:

4.1 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration. This includes your full legal name (as it appears on your CNIC, passport or other government-issued identity document), date of birth, residential address and contact details. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 One Account Per User

Each individual User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created using different names, email addresses or device identifiers — are strictly prohibited and will be closed upon discovery. Any balances associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your Account. You must notify pkr78 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. pkr78 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

4.4 Account Verification

pkr78 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include a copy of your CNIC or passport, a utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address, and, where applicable, proof of your payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension.

05 Platform Use

You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. Specifically, you agree that you will not:

• Use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair its operation or interfere with any other User's enjoyment of the Platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Platform, its servers, or any system or network connected to the Platform.
• Use any automated tool, script, bot, scraper or other means to access, monitor or copy Content from the Platform without prior written consent.
• Upload, transmit or distribute any viruses, malware or other harmful code.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity.
• Harvest, collect or store personal data of other Users without authorisation.

pkr78 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate access for any User who violates these use restrictions.

06 Deposits & Payments

Where deposit functionality is available through the Platform or via a linked Operator:

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Available deposit methods may include familiar Pakistani payment channels such as Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast bank transfers, as well as direct bank transfers from providers such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. The availability of any specific method is subject to change and is determined by the Operator, not by pkr78. None of the payment providers named endorse gambling or this platform.
• Cryptocurrency deposits (including BTC and USDT) may be accepted where supported by the Operator.
• Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Figures are denominated in PKR where applicable.
• pkr78 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

07 Withdrawals & KYC Verification

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

7.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of the KYC process. You must provide a valid government-issued identity document (CNIC or passport) and proof of residential address. Verification is typically required on or before your first withdrawal request.

7.2 Method Matching

Withdrawals will ordinarily be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical availability. The name registered on the withdrawal destination account must match the name on your pkr78 Account.

7.3 Bonus Conditions

If a Bonus is active on your Account, any applicable Wagering Requirement must be fully completed before a withdrawal request will be processed. Withdrawing before rollover completion may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings.

7.4 Processing Times

pkr78 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing timelines. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected, the Operator's internal review procedures and any applicable regulatory checks. Contact support for current estimated processing information.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, free spins and other promotional offers are subject to individual promotion terms in addition to these general Terms. The following general conditions apply to all promotions:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonuses carry a rollover requirement. For example, a bonus of PKR 5,000 subject to a 30× rollover requires PKR 150,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal. This figure is illustrative; actual rollovers are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus is active, bets above the stated maximum (often PKR 1,000 per round or lower) may result in the bonus being voided. Illustrative figure only — confirm in individual promotion terms.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100% while live casino or table games may contribute a lower percentage or nothing at all.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses expire if the rollover is not completed within the stated period. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited.
• Sticky vs Non-Sticky Bonuses: A non-sticky bonus is deducted from your balance upon withdrawal — only the winnings are paid out. A sticky bonus cannot itself be withdrawn but profits generated from it may be, subject to applicable conditions.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Many promotions impose a maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings — for example, PKR 25,000. This limit applies regardless of total winnings accumulated. Illustrative figure only.
• One Bonus Per User: Promotional offers are intended for individual use only. Systematic exploitation of bonus offers across multiple accounts or devices constitutes abuse and may result in Account termination.

09 Betting & Gaming Rules

When placing bets or playing games through the Platform or a linked Operator service, the following rules apply:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Cancellation of confirmed bets is not permitted except where expressly provided for in the applicable game or sport rules.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or system error during a game round or wager, the Operator's decision as to the resolution of the affected bet shall be final and binding.
• Odds and game Return-to-Player (RTP) values are displayed for informational purposes. Actual outcomes in any individual session may differ significantly from theoretical averages.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL fixtures, ICC T20 World Cup matches and bilateral series involving the Pakistan national team — are subject to the specific sportsbook rules published at the time of the market's creation.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time prior to settlement. Bets placed before suspension are settled according to applicable rules.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of any balance and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal, financial or identity information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament or sports betting market.
• Use of Automated Software: Employing bots, macros, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other automated system to place bets, play games or exploit promotions.
• Bonus Abuse: Opening multiple accounts, using fictitious details or exploiting technical errors to obtain promotional benefits to which you are not entitled.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, layer or withdraw funds connected to criminal activity. pkr78 has a legal and ethical obligation to report suspected money laundering activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits that have been wagered or used in connection with promotional activity.
• Minors Accessing the Platform: Allowing or assisting a person under the required minimum age to access or use the Platform.

11 Responsible Gambling

pkr78 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The following provisions form part of these Terms:

• Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. It must never be treated as a source of income or a method to recover financial losses.
• Users have the ability to set deposit limits, loss limits and session time limits through their Account settings. We encourage all Users to make use of these controls.
• Self-exclusion facilities are available. A User who requests self-exclusion will be blocked from accessing gambling features for the requested exclusion period. Requests for self-exclusion must be honoured promptly.
• If you believe your gambling behaviour may be harmful, we strongly encourage you to visit our dedicated Responsible Gambling page for tools, guidance and support resources.
• Users who are aware that they have a gambling problem must not use the Platform. Access restrictions can be requested by contacting our support team.

12 Intellectual Property

All Intellectual Property rights in the Platform and its Content — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, layout, design, source code, data compilations and trademarks — are owned by pkr78 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, sell, sub-license, publicly display, modify, translate or create derivative works from any Content on the Platform without prior written consent from pkr78.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
• pkr78 does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• pkr78 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including gambling losses, loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill.
• pkr78 is not responsible for the terms, policies, conduct or reliability of any third-party Operator to whom the Platform may direct Users by way of information or links.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14 Termination

pkr78 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close your Account and/or your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• pkr78 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, unlawful or abusive conduct on your Account;
• You have failed to complete identity verification within a reasonable time frame;
• A regulatory, legal or court order requires pkr78 to do so; or
• pkr78 ceases to operate the Platform for any reason.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Any balance remaining in your Account at the time of termination for cause (e.g., breach of Terms) may be forfeited. Balances held in good standing at the time of a platform-initiated closure unrelated to user breach will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

15 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr78 is registered and/or licensed to operate, which may differ from the laws applicable in Pakistan. Nothing in this clause limits the application of any mandatory consumer protection or gambling regulation laws that apply in your jurisdiction and cannot be lawfully excluded.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to the competent courts or arbitration forum specified under the governing law of the Platform's registered jurisdiction, unless a mandatory local law requires otherwise.

16 Amendments to These Terms

pkr78 may update, revise or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We may also notify registered Users by email or via an on-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and, where applicable, close your Account.

We encourage Users to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.
